This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a high-quality estates maintenance and compliance service across a diverse healthcare estate.

You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, asset management, CAFM system management, and the leadership of both the Estates Maintenance and Logistics teams

Working closely with the Head of Estates & EDTS, you will provide technical leadership, oversee engineering compliance, manage projects, and act as an Authorised Person for relevant engineering disciplines.

You will also participate in the Estates on-call rota and support the Trust's commitment to providing safe, efficient, and sustainable healthcare environments.

Thisisafull-timepositionbasedat St Marks Hospitalin Maidenheadwithregular travelacross Berkshire Healthcare sites and flexibility to attend sites outside normal working hours whenrequired.
