We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Labourer to join our manufacturing team in Tetbury.
We manufacture concrete garden ornaments, and this is a hands-on, physically demanding role. The work involves regular manual handling, lifting and moving concrete products and materials, working with moulds and being on your feet for much of the working day.
The Role
- Assisting with the manufacture of concrete garden ornaments
- Filling and working with moulds
- Removing finished products from moulds
- Regular lifting, carrying and moving of products and materials
- General production and labouring duties
- Keeping the factory and working areas clean and tidy
- Working as part of the production team
- Following workplace health and safety procedures

- Be able to carry out the essential manual-handling requirements of the position, with reasonable adjustments where appropriate
- Be willing to work as part of a team
- Be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Be willing to work additional overtime during busy seasonal periods
Previous manufacturing, factory or labouring experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as training will be provided.
Monday to Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm
£27,040 per annum basic salary, based on £13.00 per hour and a 40-hour working week.
This is a permanent position, not a seasonal contract. However, our workload is seasonal, so additional overtime is available during our busier periods.
