- What You’ll Do
- Lead by example, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
- Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance.
