My client is a well-established organisation with office in Thetford.

They are looking for a temporary Customer Relations Assistant to join its Customer Relations Team based in Thetford.

Your new role

As a temporary Customer Relations Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide variety of enquiries via telephone and email.

You will support event ticketing and membership services, resolve online issues, process renewals and purchases, manage customer feedback, and provide clear information on products and services.

You will also maintain accurate records within the CRM system, manage customer support cases, undertake administration tasks and ensure all transactions are processed in line with company policies, GDPR requirements and financial procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.

You will be a confident IT user with experience of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Previous experience delivering high-quality customer service through telephone, email and face-to-face interactions is essential, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous, as would previous experience with customer service, ticketing, membership services, events, visitor attractions or a similar customer-focused environment.
