We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team in Telford, supporting 14 individuals who live in their own apartments within a vibrant and inclusive supported living setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that values individuality, promotes independence, and supports people to live life their way.

About the People You’ll Be Supporting

The people we support range in age from 18 to mid-50s and have a variety of needs including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. They are largely independent and do not currently require personal care or moving and handling support. Support is focused on prompting and encouragement, helping individuals maintain their independence and enjoy their day-to-day lives.

Your Role

You’ll be supporting individuals with:

  • Meal planning and cooking
  • Maintaining their tenancy
  • Cleaning, laundry, and household tasks
  • Budgeting and managing finances
  • Shopping and attending appointments
  • Online safety and digital support
  • Building and maintaining relationships

Shift Patterns

Early shifts: 7:30am – 3pm
Late shifts: 3pm - 10:30pm
Alternate weekends required
No sleep-in shifts required

Rotas are planned in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.

We’re seeking Support Workers who are:

  • Confident and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude

  • Flexible and proactive, ready to support a variety of needs
  • Non-drivers welcome – no mobility vehicles currently in use

Experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided.
