A reflective, open-minded clinical associate psychologist who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused setting and is a team player. Strong communication, organisational and time management skills, with a keen ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. Experience and interest in working with adults with severe mental health conditions, utilising a range of therapeutic approaches. An interest in group interventions and developing skills in managing group dynamics or relational processes. Ability and/or willingness to integrate a range of therapeutic models into your practice and development of the group psychology offers. A strong passion for service development and team support is essential.
