Technical Compliance Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract with a view to going permanent)
Hours: 32 hours per week (flexible Monday-Friday)
Contract: Fixed-term, possibly perm
About the Role
We're looking for a technical compliance coordinator to support our Deeside operation as we prepare for our SALSA Brokers, Storage & Distribution audit.
Working alongside the operations manager and UK quality & safety technical manager, you'll help maintain our quality management systems, complete technical documentation and support the site through the accreditation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation for the SALSA audit.
- Maintain quality and compliance documentation.
- Complete internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support HACCP reviews and supplier approvals.
- Maintain technical records and site compliance documentation.
- Assist with food safety and quality improvement activities.
About You
We're looking for someone with experience in a technical or quality role within the FMCG food industry.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience working to SALSA, BRCGS or other recognised food-safety standards.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles.
- Experience carrying out internal audits.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A practical, proactive approach and the confidence to work closely with operational teams.
