Team Manager - Children's - Social Care Qualified

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager - Children's Social Care Qualified to lead a dynamic team committed to supporting and safeguarding vulnerable children and families.

This pivotal role requires a passionate professional with a strong background in children’s social care, adept at managing complex caseloads and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that services are delivered to the highest standards, promoting the wellbeing and safety of children within the community.

You will work closely with colleagues, partner agencies, and families to develop effective intervention strategies and provide leadership in child protection, assessment, and care planning.
