Southcroft Healthcare Lodge is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, qualified and experienced professional to join our team as Team Leader in South-West London, coordinating care across our four pathways and partners including Local Authorities and Mental Health Trusts.

You will lead and develop staff, promote personalised goals and therapeutic activities, and ensure safe, healthy community living for the people we support, placing service users at the heart of decision‑making.
