Victim Support is seeking a pro-active Team Leader to manage our multi‑crime service for adults affected by crime in Avon & Somerset. You will oversee a staff team, allocate daily caseloads, monitor service delivery and ensure quality standards align with contracts.
You will lead on safeguarding, data accuracy and performance improvement, coaching colleagues and building strong partnerships to deliver compassionate, outcome‑based support.
