SoSweet Taunton have a very exciting opportunity for a determined and switched-on individual to join our ever-growing team. We need a Manager with a customer service background, to run our busy customer-facing environment.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Day to day running of a busy retail sweet shop, with responsibility of cash handling, staff supervision and a key holder.
- Training new staff in correct procedures, stock rotation and practices.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Stock ordering and replenishment.
The ideal candidate will be positive, fun, friendly and have a professional attitude. You’ll be talking to people constantly and be the face of our new store. Applicants MUST be hardworking, conscientious, fully flexible, reliable, willing to learn, of smart appearance and over 18 due to responsibility involved.
