Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on disrepair cases and carrying out housing condition inspections.
- Undertaking building pathology surveys and diagnosing defects, including damp and mould issues.
- Preparing schedules of works, specifications, and technical reports.
- Managing specialist contractors and providing technical advice on remedial works.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations, statutory requirements, and housing standards.
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services to tenants.
