- Seasonal role ending mid-November 2026
- Additional project expected to run from November 2026 to March 2027

- Thursday to Saturday, 7:00am – 6:00pm (3 x 11-hour shifts)
We are seeking individuals who are willing to commit for the duration of the season.
The role
We are exclusively in partnership with a well-established business near Tarleton and recruiting FLT Drivers (Counterbalance & / or Reach) for the harvesting season.
These are excellent opportunities for qualified forklift operators to join a busy agricultural warehousing and distribution operation supporting the grading, storage and movement of fresh produce.
The successful candidates will be responsible for safely operating Counterbalance and / or Reach (Telehandler) forklift trucks across both indoor and outdoor environments, working as part of an established team to ensure products are moved, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach (Telehandler) forklift trucks throughout the site.
- Load, unload, move and store fresh produce and palletised goods.
- Stack and retrieve pallets safely at height, both indoors and outdoors.
- Handle loads of up to 3 tonnes while maintaining safe working practices.
- Carry out daily pre-use vehicle inspections and report defects promptly.
- Work closely with warehouse and grading teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Keep working areas clean, organized and compliant with health & safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding stock movements, hazards or operational issues.
