Job Role - Stock Administrator (Logistics & Warehousing Industry)
As a Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring all goods receipts, transactions, and supplier claims are correctly processed. The Stock Administrator will play a key role within the logistics and warehousing industry, ensuring efficient stock control processes are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out accurate stock counting and reconciliation activities
- Maintaining records of goods receipts, dispatches, and stock movements
- Processing stock transactions and supplier claims
- Supporting warehouse teams with inventory accuracy and rotation processes
- Ensuring stock levels are correctly recorded within warehouse systems
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and data integrity
- Supporting continuous improvement of stock control processes
- Working closely with warehouse and administration teams
- Using warehouse systems to update and manage stock information
