The predicted salary is between 34186 - 37389 £ per year.
You will assist in the day-to-day operational work of the SWNS division, supporting the anaesthetic department, obstetrics and gynaecology Service and Intensive Care unit in the collation and production of their medical rotas in conjunction with the relevant clinical leads and rota leads. Ensuring proactive planning for all leave, and the accurate tracking of annual leave and sickness absences on CLW and excel spreadsheets and submitting banks shifts via the Patchwork system for prompt processing in line with Trust Financial processes and deadlines. This will involve liaising with members of staff across the teams, directorate and wider organisation. Alongside this some communication with external organisations and the public may be required.
Rota Coordination
- Responsible for the preparation of the weekly rotas ensuring that all sessions are covered by the relevant grade, identifying gaps in the rota and reallocating sessions where necessary, including arranging extra clinical sessions when required.
- To participate in managing Datix, PALS and patient complaint processes. Providing information and expertise as required.
- Be responsible for maintaining patient and staff confidentiality and observing Trust policy and procedure with regard to patient contact within the context of this role.
Team Support
- As part of the Admin team, provide support for room bookings and organising meetings when required.
- As part of the Admin team support for meetings including minute-taking when required.
