Motorsave Limited, a family-run franchised dealership for Ford, Fiat Professional, Citroën LCV, Peugeot LCV and Vauxhall LCV, is looking for a Parts Administrator to join our Parts team in Swinton.
This role supplies parts for our own vehicle workshop only — there is no external or trade parts sales involved.
You will be responsible for inputting parts invoices, locating the correct parts for repair jobs (including any additional one-use parts needed), managing stock levels across our Ford and Stellantis brands, handling surcharge and warranty part returns, and preparing parts for work-in-progress quotations and warranty repairs.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience, along with a strong benefits package including private medical insurance, life insurance, pension contributions, and a staff discount on parts and servicing.
