We are looking for a Vehicle MET Technicianto join our site in Swindon! You will be responsible for carefully restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, ensuring top-quality results that align with our insurers’ high standards. With a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of vehicle repairs, you will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced clean environment, collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines.

This role will include, but is not limited to
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs to an exceptionally high standard.
- Proven experience in replacing mechanical parts in vehicles.
- Confident in stripping and refitting all components of a vehicle.
- Proficient in using correct repair methods for EV and ADAS vehicles.
- Self-assess completed tasks to ensure proper fitment and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Regularly check all tools to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as an MET technician in an automotive repair environment.
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of vehicle repair.
- Strong understanding of ADAS systems.
- Knowledgeable in Hybrid and Electric Vehicles.
- Attentive and meticulous when handling mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Capable of completing tasks from start to finish within set timeframes and to a high standard.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage high volumes of work.
