Caring for Communities and People (CCP) seeks a Senior Residential Support Worker to help build a new Children’s Home in Swindon. You will work with the Registered Manager to provide safe, trauma-informed, quality care and to shape the home from the ground up, focusing on person-centred support and strong safeguarding practices.
The role requires experience with children and families, safeguarding knowledge, Ofsted familiarity, rota flexibility, and a residential childcare qualification.
