Due to the expansion of our Secondary Complex Needs Provision, The Park Academies Trust is seeking several exceptional and motivated Teaching Assistants to join our new Complex Needs team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a Trust that genuinely values its staff and offers a highly supportive working environment.

Location: Based at The Deanery CE Academy

Salary range: Trust grade 1-7 (£24,522 - £25,600 FTE) (£18,440 - £19,250 pro rata actual salary) - depending on experience

Hours: 32.5 per week Monday - Friday (Term time only)

Start date: ASAP

The Role: The teaching assistant in these roles will work closely with and report to the complex needs provision leadership team. The role of the TA is to support the teacher, individual and groups of secondary children across the curriculum working in the unit, as directed by the teacher. The teachers will provide all the necessary planning.
