We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Registered Manager to lead and manage our domiciliary care service.
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, manage and support care staff, ensure high standards of care, promote continuous improvement, and build positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
