As a Production Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for delivering cleaning services in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, supporting safe and compliant operations across the site.

What you’ll do:

  • Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks across designated production and support areas
  • Work in accordance with GMP standards, site procedures, and infection control requirements
  • Follow all cleaning methods using task cards, SOPs, and training guidance
  • Ensure correct use of PPE and adherence to colour coding and COSHH regulations
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all areas
  • Report faults with cleaning equipment or machinery to the Hygiene Supervisor
  • Identify and report any building defects or health and safety concerns
  • Complete tasks in line with daily schedules and supervisor direction
  • Support continuous improvement by maintaining consistent service standards
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to support overall site operations

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous cleaning experience within a GMP, pharmaceutical, or regulated environment is desirable
  • Understanding of hygiene standards, COSHH, and safe working practices
