Our client, a leading independent used van and commercial vehicle retailer based in Swindon, Wiltshire, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their modern bodyshop team.

The Paint Sprayer role offers a competitive salary of between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
The working hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:30pm on a rota basis, paid as overtime.

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer
- Current or recent relevant work within a bodyshop environment
- IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle paint spraying is desirable but not essential if the individual has strong on-the-job experience
- Excellent attention to detail and team collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
