BSW Hospitals Group is recruiting an Outpatient Unit Manager in Swindon to lead day-to-day management of unit teams across multiple specialties, supporting Operations Managers to deliver KPIs and service standards and developments within the Trust.

You will provide first line management of the Administration unit, with responsibility for performance, workload management, policies and procedures, standards of customer care and quality, liaising with Operations Managers to ensure services are delivered effectively.
