Duties
- Strip and refit vehicle components, ensuring correct removal and refit procedures
- Carry out MET and panel preparation to high standards for repair and finishing stages
- Perform panel work to restore vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment following all health and safety procedures
- Complete tasks within job card timescales to support team productivity
- Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Panel/MET Technician in a fast-paced accident repair or bodyshop environment
- Demonstrable skills in MET and panel processes, including stripping, fitting, and panel repair
- Ability to prepare vehicles to consistently high standards
- Reliable work ethic with good attendance and ability to meet deadlines
- Full UK manual driving licence (endorsements disclosed if applicable)
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to provide supporting documentation for interview
