Agincare is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Edgehill Care Home in Swindon to lead the care team and ensure safe, person-centred support that residents are proud to call home.
You will support the Registered Manager, supervise care assistants, carry out care audits, keep accurate records, and liaise with families and professionals while applying CQC key lines of enquiry to meet regulatory standards.
This role is 42 hours per week with a salary up to £42,000 per annum.
