The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

Responsible for providing administration support to members of the patient services leadership team.

A crucial aspect will be to assist with servicing quarterly clinical meetings, clinical governance, quality and audit workstreams and any other ad-hoc project groups.

  • Provide secretarial support. This will involve working closely with the leads in patient services and some external communication.
  • Undertake meeting servicing as required; including collating and despatching agenda papers for meetings of various groups, supporting with report writing and minute taking & some action follow up for: Quality Improvement and Audit, Clinical Governance, Holistic wellbeing group, Medicines management, Infection Prevention and Control, Safeguarding quarterly meeting, PSIRF (incident), Learning and response group, National cleanliness audit reporting.

About you

You’ll be an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working with detail, coordinating multiple priorities and supporting senior colleagues to deliver high‑quality work.

  • Experience supporting senior managers or leadership teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Experience preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes and tracking actions.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • The confidence to work independently while building positive relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience within healthcare, governance, quality improvement or the charity sector would be an advantage but isn't essential.
