As a Support Worker in Swansea, you’ll help make the everyday remarkable for the people we support. We are dedicated to supporting those with learning disabilities to live a fulfilled and enriched life in the community, and as a Support Worker, you can play a vital role in this.
Role: Support Worker
Hours: We have both part time and full time hours, please speak to us about the hours you are looking to do. Your shift pattern will include weekends and sleep‑ins.
Salary: £13.59 per hour and our sleep‑in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 55p per mile.
Contract: Permanent
What you’ll be doing: In this role, you’ll actively support individuals in making their own choices and set their own goals — whether it’s everyday decisions like what to wear, eat, or do, or something bigger such as where to live, how to manage their finances, or where to go on holiday. As a trusted Support Worker, you'll empower people to follow through on these choices, including taking part in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills. You’ll also offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities like paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family. Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well‑being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose.
