Swansea University Sport is seeking a motivated Strength & Conditioning Coach to support student-athletes across multiple sports. You will design and deliver evidence-based training programmes to maximise performance, resilience, and return-to-play readiness.
You will work across gym, pitch and pool facilities, monitor athlete development through testing and data analysis, and collaborate with coaches, physiotherapists and support staff to meet programme objectives.
