Duties of the Sales Administrator:
- - Processing all vehicle sales documentation from point of sale through to delivery
- - Maintaining accurate vehicle stock records and customer files
- - Managing finance, warranty, and compliance documentation
- - Liaising with customers, finance providers, suppliers, and internal teams
- - Supporting the sales team with administration and reporting tasks
- - Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- - Updating internal systems and ensuring vehicle data accuracy
- - Ensuring full compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
Requirements of the Sales Administrator:
- - Previous administration experience, ideally within the motor trade
- - Strong organisational and time management skills
- - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- - Effective communication and customer service skills
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- - Dealer management system experience is advantageous but not essential
