Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and high-standard repairs on a diverse range of vehicles
- Perform complex repairs including cambelt replacements, clutch repairs, suspension checks, and routine servicing
- Utilise the latest diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and within required timeframes
- Maintain precise and detailed documentation of repairs carried out
- Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and professionally
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Requirements for the Master Vehicle Technician position:
- Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician or similar senior diagnostic role
- Strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to service complex and high-end vehicles
- Proficient in repairs such as cambelts, clutches, suspensions, and general servicing
- Experience working with premium and specialist vehicles is advantageous
- Track record of delivering quality workmanship within a busy workshop environment
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
