Join our team in Tamworth as a Support Worker (30 hours/week) and make a real difference every day. We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team on a permanent, part-time basis. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays.
About the role:
You'll support 8 incredible individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live happy, independent lives. Whether it's heading to the cinema, enjoying a meal out, or dancing at a local disco - no two days are the same!
What you'll do:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Help with budgeting, appointments, cooking, and more
- Build strong, positive relationships
- Support community activities and social inclusion
Shift patterns: Typically 7am-4pm or 4pm-10pm.
