We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the team at Limes Place based in Colne, BB8 9FB. Limes Place offers flexible levels of support tailored to our residents; you will be supporting people aged 18 and over with assessed care needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support adults on a person-centred basis to live independently.
  • Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, medication assistance, daily living skills, social inclusion, paying bills, and dealing with correspondence.
  • Think on your feet and understand our clients' needs.

Qualifications:

Experience within the Health and Social Care industry is essential for this role. On joining Making Space, you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
