We are recruiting a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to provide person-centred support to adults experiencing homelessness.
Working across supported accommodation and community properties, you will help residents build independence, access services, and maintain a safe and supportive living environment.
This is a varied role involving lone working, sleepover shifts, and working as part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical and emotional support to residents.
- Complete support plans, risk assessments, and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with external agencies to help residents access appropriate services.
- Monitor resident wellbeing and promote independence.
- Ensure accommodation is safe, secure, and compliant with health & safety procedures.
