About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, caring, and motivated individual to join our team as a support worker.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive difference while providing high-quality support and assistance to an individual The hours and days of working will be agreed with the successful candidate, but it is proposed that this will be two 2-hour shifts during the week.
The successful candidate will work closely with the employer to promote independence, wellbeing, and participation in everyday activities.
Main Duties
- Provide support with domestic tasks (hoovering / mopping floors / support with cleaning
- Assist with laundry tasks (washing / ironing / support to change bedding)
- Support with shopping for food & cleaning supplies
- Support to keep on top of correspondence
- Support the individual to achieve personal goals and maintain independence.
- Build a positive and professional working relationship.
- Follow agreed care and support plans.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect at all times.
About You
- Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible.

- Able to work independently and use their own initiative.
