Part time position available for 24 hours a week, working either 7:30 am - 3:30 pm or 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
You must be able to drive and hold a UK manual driving licence, and be happy to drive a 7 and 9 seater car.

We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker, you'll help people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team.
Our residential service in Bursledon - Southampton is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days will be the same. You’ll enhance the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising, and engaging in various activities.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference in someone's life and help them grow in confidence and independence, whether that means making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
We value both the right experience and the right values in our Support Workers. Therefore, our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving licence, be resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach, and have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice. Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and those who have experienced trauma, is also important.
