Hull and Surrounding Areas, Grimsby, Scunthorpe
Mostly PM work but would ideally who is flexible to help cover AM shifts, help with Deep Cleans and Builders Cleans
Monday to Friday
15 hours per week to start which will be reviewed and could increase (contractual) Any hours worked above the contractual hours will be paid for additionally
£14.00 per hour plus mileage is also paid
This role would ideally suit a candidate who is organised as you would be responsible for planning your own weekly rota, professional and flexibilty is a MUST as it requires working mornings and evenings.
Own vehicle is a must as this does involve visiting multiple sites across Hull and surrounding areas in East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire
The role includes:
- The management of staff (helping and encouraging staff, be professional but understanding, training, monitoring and boosting morale)
- Staff training
- Staff paperwork (new employees, updates, and site paperwork)
- Site visits and checks/audits to ensure the cleaning is to the required standard
- Updating a shared e-diary
- Working closely with other management
- Cover cleaning for holidays
- Ad hoc builders cleans/deep cleans and site cleans
The candidate must be honest, reliable, have a good work ethic, be able to work to high standards and experience of a supervisory role is essential.
