As a Superstore Assistant, you will provide general support across the superstore, helping the team deliver excellent customer service, maintain a well-presented shop and maximise income for ellenor. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are necessarily the same. You will support the team with operating tills, serving customers, filling and merchandising the shop, processing and moving stock, supporting the warehouse and assisting with ecommerce activity.
You will work closely with the Superstore Manager and wider team to ensure the superstore runs smoothly and effectively. You will be an important part of the team, helping wherever needed and ensuring customers, donors and volunteers receive a positive experience.
