Procurement Insights & Performance Manager
Please see attached Job Description for full details The Procurement Insights and Performance Manager will lead the development and delivery of highquality procurement insight to support the effective management of nonpay expenditure and procurement activity. The post holder will be responsible for improving the quality, consistency and use of procurement data, ensuring that appropriate data standards and governance arrangements are embedded within the procurement function, and that information is reliable fit for purpose, and aligned with the STSFT Group digital and information governance frameworks. The role will provide meaningful, actionable insight into: nonpay spend and supplier performance procurement activity and workload delivery of savings, benefits and value prioritisation of effort and allocation of procurement resource Drawing data from systems such as Oracle, NHS Supply Chain, Spend Comparison Service, Advise Inc and other procurement datasets, the post holder will develop Excel and Power BI outputs that enable procurement managers and senior stakeholders to understand where effort is being applied, what benefits are being realised, and where opportunities for improvement exist. The post holder will work closely with procurement colleagues, finance, and system owners to translate complex data into clear narratives that support evidencebased decision making, continuous improvement, and delivery of the Procurement Strategy.
