Vangmayi Ltd is seeking a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will support the effective handling, preparation and management of pharmaceutical products while ensuring that all work is carried out accurately, safely and in accordance with relevant procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records while working effectively as part of a professional team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, handling, storage and management of pharmaceutical products in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure pharmaceutical products are correctly labelled, stored and maintained under appropriate conditions.
- Maintain accurate records relating to stock, products, supplies and operational activities.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and replenishment to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Check incoming pharmaceutical products and supplies against relevant documentation and report discrepancies.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure appropriate stock rotation procedures are followed.
- Support routine quality-control procedures and ensure required standards are consistently maintained.
- Maintain clean, organised and safe working areas in accordance with hygiene and health and safety requirements.
- Follow company procedures relating to the handling and storage of pharmaceutical products and materials.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock audits and reconciliation of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Identify and report damaged, incorrectly labelled or non-conforming products to the appropriate manager.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure records are complete, accurate and securely stored.
- Work closely with colleagues and management to support efficient day-to-day operations.
- Follow relevant company policies, standard operating procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Undertake other reasonable duties associated with the Pharmaceutical Technician role as required.
