Inventory Management System (IMS) Officer
Please see Job Description attached for full details To lead the operational management, development, and optimisation of Choice and the Trusts Inventory Management System (IMS), ensuring accurate data effective digital stock control processes, and the consistent application of Scan4Safety principles. The post holder is responsible for delivering training and support to clinical and nonclinical system users, promoting best practice and ensuring that IMS workflows are understood and followed across all areas. The role also provides leadership and technical guidance to the inventory teams working in theatres, ensuring high standards of stock accuracy, system compliance, and service delivery. By overseeing system performance, supporting configuration changes, and driving process improvements, the post holder plays a key role in ensuring the availability of essential clinical supplies, reducing waste, and supporting safe, efficient, and digitally enabled supply chain operations across Choice and the Trust.
