Sunderland City Council is seeking a Digital Inclusion Officer for a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role across the City, working with the Smart Cities Team. The post aims to expand digital skills, confidence and inclusion for residents and staff, through sessions, events and targeted outreach.
You will coordinate device and data support, Digital Health Hubs and personalised 1-to-1 assistance, while collaborating with community organisations and volunteers to reach those most in need.
