The Role

As an Account Executive, you will support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Acting as a key link between clients and internal teams, you’ll collaborate across departments including Creative, Digital, Media and Operations to ensure exceptional service is delivered at every stage.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous agency or marketing experience who is organised, proactive and eager to build a successful career within a thriving agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to and processing client requests efficiently and professionally
  • Managing projects through the agency, including:
    • Press advertising
    • Printed marketing materials
    • Website updates
  • Obtaining print and fulfilment quotations and preparing client costings
  • Supporting account administration, including:
    • Work-in-progress (WIP) updates
    • Purchase orders
    • Invoice narratives
    • Meeting notes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Supporting the successful delivery of projects from brief through to completion
