We have an exciting opportunity for a Study Centre Co-ordinator to join our college community.

About your role:

The Study Centre Co-ordinator leads the delivery of welcoming, inclusive and purposeful Study Centres (Libraries) that help students to study independently, access the support and resources they need and feel confident within the College environment. Working as part of the wider Student Experience team, the role provides day-to-day leadership of the Study Centre team and ensures that our Study Centres (Libraries) are safe, accessible and engaging spaces where students can learn, connect and succeed.

The postholder will work closely with curriculum and support teams across the College to respond to student needs, promote effective use of the Study Centres and continually develop the service through student feedback, data and emerging good practice. A key part of the role is leading and developing the Study Centre team, creating a positive culture where colleagues feel supported, take ownership of their work and understand the difference their contribution makes to the student experience.
