Alder Community High School is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Leader to promote student wellbeing, improve behaviour and attendance, and support students and families to overcome barriers to learning. You will lead pastoral care, working closely with students, families, staff and external agencies to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed in a collaborative, student-centred environment.
