Bristol Brunel Academy is seeking a committed Pastoral Support Officer to promote welfare, engagement and achievement for a designated cohort of students. You will monitor attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing, delivering targeted pastoral support and interventions within and beyond the classroom.
Working with families, staff and external agencies, you will maintain confidential records and contribute to safeguarding objectives, including on-call duties and home visits as required.
