Our client is an award-winning independent estate agency with an outstanding reputation across the Stroud and surrounding areas with an active involvement with local charities and the Stroud community. They are passionate about developing talent and have a proven track record of promoting from within with many of their Senior Managers joining the business as trainees and progressing through dedication. No previous estate agency experience is required. Instead, they're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic and genuine enthusiasm for Stroud and the local property market. Full training and ongoing support will be provided every step of the way.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiating property sales to achieve agreed targets
  • Supporting the sales process from instruction through to completion
  • Preparing property information following valuations
  • Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other parties involved in the sales process
  • Generating mortgage appointments and promoting the company's additional services
  • Maintaining accurate records using the company's CRM system
  • Working in line with industry legislation and company procedures

Salary & Benefits
  • £27,000 training salary for the first 6 - 9 months
  • Once fully trained, realistic first-year OTE of up to £30,000 through a generous and achievable commission structure
