Millfield School is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the leadership and delivery of key operational services across the School.
Working closely with the Head of Operations, this role will help ensure the efficient, safe and compliant running of services that support the day-to-day life of our school community.
This year-round role involves driving continuous improvement and high standards of service delivery, with a 37.5 hour week (Mon–Fri) and occasional weekend work.
