Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management Support the day-to-day operational management of the practice.
- Develop and implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and patient experience.

- Essential Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Significant operational management experience within primary care, healthcare, or a similar regulated environment.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Experience of project management and service improvement.
- Knowledge of CQC standards, governance and quality assurance.
- Experience using clinical systems, preferably EMIS Web.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and work under pressure.
