RAFATRAD Ltd is seeking a Retail Events Manager (part-time) to run the yearly events programme from our Leicester HQ, with hybrid work arrangements.
You will coordinate merchandise ranges, staff and volunteers, and manage travel, accommodation, and administration.
You will lead event planning from location sourcing and site visits to operational plans, scheduling and cost control, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining safety and compliance.
Weekend work is expected during peak seasons.
