The Ministry of Justice seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across HM Prisons and Probation (HMPPS) in the Midlands region. The post will deliver strategic HR support, help shape people priorities and enable organisational change across multiple sites.
You will work with Governors and senior leaders to access central services, design people solutions, and coach leaders to manage leadership and employee issues. Travel across Midlands sites is expected.
